Beverly Crest is a popular neighborhood in south Charlotte. The neighborhood is located just north east of the Pineville-Matthews and Providence Rd. intersection. The houses in Beverly Crest were built by Saussy Burbank in the mid 1990's and have become a neighborhood in south Charlotte that many home buyers want to visit. Beverly Crest is close to the Arboretum which offers many dining and shopping opportunities.
