Piper Glen is a golf course community in south Charlotte. The neighborhood is located just north of the i485 and Rea Rd. intersection. The Piper Glen golf community was built in the mid 1990's. Hard stucco became popular in the 1990's and many of the houses in Piper Glen have this hard stucco. Hard stucco often gets a bad stigma attached to it because of the problems associated with synthetic stucco.
