Raintree is a well known and large neighborhood/area in south Charlotte. The Raintree neighborhood is located just south of Pinevill-Matthews Rd. and is seperated into several smaller neighborhoods, all inside of the Raintree community. Most of the homes in Raintree were built in the 1970's and 1980's. Many of the Raintree homes have been updated and the structural style of the houses change throughout different areas of Raintree.
